History! by Zhukov - The Military History Emporium

The Argentinians only had two KC-130 tankers in service for their entire air operation, which was utterly crippling of any attempt to bring overwhelming force down on the British. Although their aircraft were not as advanced as what the RAF and Royal Navy could put in the air, in theory the Argentinians more than made up for it in volume. But in practice, only a fraction of their planes could be in the air at any one time at the ranges required.
